    I will never ever go to metro pcs on saxon blvd near i4. I went made a one time payment asshole their comes and takes two payments out.     This list is growing every minute. #1: Corporate store agents are condensending, rude, unhelpful, and feel they are above even their own counterparts in customer service department. #2: Customer service/sales agents provide inaccurate information and empty promises. #3: There is NO consistency between the "Corporate Store" and customer service. #4: Systems issues with ordering online are a hassle. I will be trying to reply to an important text, try to answer my phone, try to watch a video a friend posted on facebook or even try to type this in on my phone and an ad pops up, hindering my ability to do anything.     I went to to Metro PCS to upgrade my cell phone (same # better phone) and transfer another cell # (Metro too) to my previous cell phone. It was so easy and comfortable for the sales rep to sold me the new cell, case and activation fee for my son ($89.87) but when it was time to transfer my # to his previous cell phone ( $16.00) she was so nasty :( she put the memory card because I asked her for.....she didn't even put the phone back cover on or the case back on....I did it in the parking lot...:( When I went home and tried to go to voice mail set up, it didn't work....     My fiance bought this phone (Samsung Galaxy Admire 4g) in mid February, and about 3 months ago, he started having issues with it not charging. We purchased a new battery, and that didn't help. We have switched chargers, and this has not worked, either.     Well, these clowns have ONLY a voice-activated phone system. If you are not a monkey in a cage scratching under your arms, you may find this offensive--I do. Or, if you have ANY sort of accent (Hispanic, southern, New England, Bristish, you name it) it won't work. Their people are in Mexico--talk about sending jobs out of the country.     I bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy admire it was given a $50 rebate and a $20 rebate the only reason why I bought the phone. Knowing I was getting 70 dollars back with a good feeling having four kids.   • METRO PCS telephonic tour AND staff at call center 1-888-863-8768



    Rec'd a text re:change in Service and cancellation upon my request of Metro Guard. I used it to go through Assurian for a replacement of a 300.00 lg phone I loved. My choice of replacement was a CHEAP HuAWEI. Not worth 5.00 amonth to even insure.THis phone will probably need reoplaced when I Toss it out the window driving down a freeway due to another lost or cutoff customer.     Phone ear plug adapter is inside phone. because the phone has a small scratch on the face it cant be fixed or replaced because there is physical damage. But the will bwe locked and dials numbers. not sure if the piece inside phone is touching aginst something. But it sucks I have to buy a new phone.     I bought a phone about four months ago and the ear piece adapter fell inside the phone and its rattling and I cant use my ear phones. I took the phone to the corp. Store in Hollywood florida to be told I have a small scrath on the face of the phone so it forfeits my warranty. Im sorry, but thumbs up to all the wireless companies the follow through with their warranties. A decent phone is not cheep.     While watching the Giants game on Comcast Metro Pcs advertised a free boardwalk pass if you went in and tested the smart phone. I went to 3 different stores, and by two of them were told to go somewhere else.     Long story short I have this phone and it is defective. Internal Memory does not clear. Phone is under 1 yr warranty. I have already contacted Metro PCS Stores where purchased, Metro Corporate Store, Metro Customer Service and Samsung.     I had originally bought Samsung SCHR350, after a couple of months phone completely froze for no reason, took to Metro PCS Store, was told only thing I could do was to pay $60 and upgrade phone, so I did, got SCHR360.     I would like an answer for the following, How can a customer for over two and one half years go into a Metro Corporate store and bye a new phone at full price only to find that the phone does not work.     I mistakenly tried to buy a phone from the store on 1405 St. Nicholas Avenue, New York, NY 10033 and was harassed, grabbed, and exposed a very unethical and circus like environment. This location is more of a bar than it is a cell phone store.     Bought a brand new cell phone at a Metro pcs store for my son. Two weeks later the screen randomly goes white. Returned it to the store where i bought it however they do not take returns. My husband and I were sold a phone under false pretense. The dealer at the Metro PCS store in Astoria, Queens told my husband and I the phone had 4gig internal memory, but it only had 2 gig. When we went back to try to exchange it, he said to wait 4 hours for it to download the two more gigs. My husband believed him and waited 4 hours. When we went back to complain about the phone and get the exchange, the dealer was nowhere to be around. The employee said he had a family emergency and won't be coming back. Now they don't want to do the exchange for us or anything else. What do we do. We bought the phone only 5 days ago, and he overcharged us for the phone as well! The same phone was selling for$29, and my husband payed $150! Can someone know how I can resolve this problem. We keep getting the run around...

METRO PCS EL MONTE CORPORATE STORE

As a degree holder in Business Administration and an Owner of a Photography Studio, I deal with all types of Guest ( costumers ) I also know how a business should run and how its employee should act around their guests. In this particular Metro PCS, We had returned a defective BRAND NEW out of the box Samsung S3 and ask that it be replaced with another non defective brand new S3 phone.

While the first "specialist " who goes by the name Myra, tried her very best to help us, unfortunately she mistakenly or not knowingly gave us a used replacement phone. When we asked her to give us a new one she is not able to replace the one she had already given us and she informed us that there is no guarantee that we will get a new phone unless we take the phone from the actual metro pcs where we originally purchase the phone.

I then asked to give us the original phone back so I can return it to the original store, her co worker who claimed that her name is "ROXANA" interrupted Myra and took over the situation, At this point I had the impression that she is the manager of this store because she took over a complaint situation that an employee is more than capable of handling. This Roxana have a sarcastic tone to her voice and giving off attitude. When I called their 888 number and told them of the situation and asked for their advice, ROXANA revealed that she is not the manager and that we can talk to the manager the following morning about getting our original phone back. They would not release our original phone back to us which I believe to be against the LAW.

This review is to merely warn you if you plan to visit this particular branch. To be fair, not everyone in this store is lazy and rude, but there are a few like ROXANA, who will give you an attitude because you are complaining. Reading the other people's review about this branch, I seem to be NOT THE ONLY ONE Who had this bad experience and treated with disrespect. I will be filing a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and I will be filing a formal complaint about this specific incident to their corporate office.
