I'm writing in reference to an order I placed w/ Metro pcs online . The item w/ ordered last Thursday. I've called the online dept. I'm getting the run around. Item w/ already on my credit card,but I have no tracking or shipping date.
It's almost a week and no email , no call no nothing.
